I usually smoke Camel filters or wides, but I want to try something new. Something cheap(ish). Like…Not American Spirits. Are Lucky Strikes good? Can I buy them filtered in the US? If not, are they ridiculously harsh?
Also…I already know the cigarettes are awful and horrible and will give me cancer and kill me. I am going to die anyway.

Be prepared for the barrage of advice…Anyway, here is a website that lists just about every brand available and has ratings on quite a few of them. I have actually had Wildhorse cigarettes and I didn’t find them to be too bad (and where I was, they were under a pack even after the taxes). USA Gold aren’t great (but not the worst), but stay away from GPC–they are awful. Basic and Winston both kinda suck in my opinion (taste strong and almost a little stale), and Liggetts aren’t toooo bad. I am currently trying to quit, so I am making sure to buy the really terrible ones so that I no longer have the urge to smoke–it actually is working pretty well, but I had to try a few brands out before I found some that I really despised, so my research in misery is your gain tonight.
